Salsa Technique Workshop with Mary-Grace

Experience Mary-Grace's unique Resistance Band dance training specifically developed for Latin Dancing. It targets improvement in balance, frame, rhythm, timing and turns. 

You can use a tube or long resistance band, leggings, old stockings/tights ... anything that is stretchy!

Open to all dancers of all levels interested in levelling up their basic Salsa technique. 

Cost - $25 for the hour or, $15 for Latino Grooves members (must have an active membership)
