Terms and Conditions
- You are committing to a minimum period of 2 months (8 weeks). In the event of cancellation within the initial 8-week term, a 25% cancellation fee of the remaining membership value will apply. After the initial 8 weeks, you can cancel anytime with 14 days' notice.
- Your membership can commence anytime. It will activate immediately upon purchase, or you can choose a specific start date.
- Membership is billed via weekly direct debit at a rate of $65 per week. Payment will be automatically deducted each week from the date of your initial payment.
- No refunds are available for missed classes or payments, but membership can be paused under specific circumstances (e.g., illness, extended leave) with prior approval.
- Weekly memberships do not include showcase performance training, events, private lessons, special solo, pro-am or duet performance training, or competition training.
- As a member, you will receive a 50% discount on showcase performance training. To access this discount, you must remain an active member throughout the duration of the showcase training.
- Weekly memberships will be frozen during the Christmas and New Year’s break, as well as in the event of lockdowns or extraordinary circumstances.
