Take your first Tango steps with us at Latino Grooves!

Tango is a passionate and dramatic dance style that originated in the late 19th century in the neighbourhoods of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Montevideo, Uruguay. It is characterised by its close embrace, intricate footwork, and expressive movements.

In this course, our experiences instructors will take you through the basic steps, posture, and technique, providing you with the essential skills and confidence to embark on your Tango journey. 

No prior experience is needed – just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. 

No need to bring a partner - we rotate partners in class regularly. 

Please wear casual and comfortable clothes that allow you to move around easily. The same applies for shoes – anything is fine as long as you are comfortable. 

You are welcome to register for the entire session of 6 classes or, individual classes however we do recommend trying to attend as many of the classes as possible to get the best possible experience.
