Elevate your dance game with our Strength, Stretch & Conditioning class—a dynamic session designed to enhance your physical fitness and optimise your performance on the dance floor. 

Tailored specifically for dancers, this class focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall conditioning to support your dance practice. 

Whether you're aiming to achieve the splits, a high kick, become faster, or enhance your endurance, this class provides the perfect opportunity to fine tune your physique and unlock your full dancing potential. 

Please wear comfortable and loose clothing where you can stretch out and move with ease. 

You are welcome to register for the entire session of 6 classes or, individual classes however we do recommend trying to attend as many of the classes as possible to get the best possible experience.

A yoga mat and a towel may come in handy - feel free to bring them along if possible.
