Please wear comfortable and loose clothing where you can stretch out and move with ease.
You are welcome to register for the entire session of 6 classes or, individual classes however we do recommend trying to attend as many of the classes as possible to get the best possible experience.
A yoga mat and a towel may come in handy - feel free to bring them along if possible.
